MAIN CHALLENGE
Planning the mounting and display of the collections without being able to handle them.
Our brief was to create a fresh, universally designed, intro to this Natural History gallery that focuses on practicing classifying and sorting skills. Culling the collection to make the most interesting groupings, arranging the collection for best viewing and lighting, and developing the mounting techniques without being able to handle the artifacts were the most challenging aspects of this design.
