MAIN CHALLENGE
Creating a new, prominently located, interactive exhibit on a tight budget and timeline.
To achieve this, we took four small partner-based exhibits from the museum collection, including the Robobees exhibit, one prototype which we brought to completion, and a new commissioned interactive art piece. We unified their look by amending colors and some design details, and repurposed them together, as a new gallery featuring local contemporary inventions. It was a successful gallery, experience-wise, because there was a texture of exhibit experiences- some full body and active, some reflective, some smaller and computer-based.
